Job Duties:
The position will be actively engaged with
members of the senior management team of IAS and the financial
relationship managers to support this growing organization and maximize
its financial performance in the delivery of financial planning services
to the company's top 10-15% customers who control over 60% of the
company's assets under management.
This position will be the
lead analyst responsible for analyzing, forecasting and aligning
distribution and product flow projections within corporate and business
unit models. This position will also be the primary finance
relationship management position for the internal sales teams.

The
candidate must have the ability to build complex models that capture
efficiently and analyze large amounts of financial and activity based
data.
Candidate will need to work independently and be
flexible in work assignments and be able to effectively multi-task
between business unit assignments, while maintaining a high quality of
work results.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead analyst responsible for analyzing, forecasting and aligning distribution and product flow projections within corporate and business unit models.
- Develop individual product level net flow forecasts and multi-year financial projections.
- Develop and administer complex financial models that support flow projections.
- Coordinate flow assumptions between Product and Distribution teams.
- Analyzes actual business results, including leading and lagging indicators, asset growth and retention results, etc.
- Lead analyst on scorecards and key performance metrics.
- Oversee production of the Product Dashboard.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and projects as required that focus on growing assets, optimizing profitability or increasing productivity.
- Analyze business model activities and align financial projections.
- Analyze financial implications of business unit decisions.
- Engage in projecting inflows across various distribution channels supported by data analysis.
- BS required - in Finance, Accounting; MBA and/ or CPA a plus.
- 3-5 years experience, previous experience in Financial Services or a marketing or distribution organization a plus.
- High proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- High proficiency in developing/maintaining underlying databases and reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Must be detail-orientated, strong team player and self-motivated.
- Able to work independently.
- Strong problem solving and analytical ability.
- Ability to balance multiple and diverse priorities while delivering quality product.
- Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access skills.
- Preferred qualifications include experience and knowledge of Hyperion Essbase, PeopleSoft General Ledger and Accounts Payable.
