•Minimum of 2 – 4 years experience in a role supporting front office sales and trading in FX, commodities and/or fixed income products
MAJOR DUTIES:

  • Input trade details into the relevant systems (Murex, Wallstreet)
  • Review incoming trade details from third-party trading systems (FXAll, TradeWeb, GlobalLink)
  • Investigate booking/settlement/matching issues; document and escalate as required
  • Perform cancellations/amendments/reissues for Murex and Wallstreet; review and monitor cancel and amends report.
  • Perform structured transaction bookings, bookings involving multiple trades and/or trade allocations
  • Execute FX options daily expiries/settlements processes
  • Perform daily P&L reporting for local sales and trading desks
  • Perform dormant portfolio reviews
  • Respond to client related and operations support teams queries
  • Handle ad hoc requests (e.g., assisting with audit and risk reviews, etc.)
  • Provide back-up to local and global team members as required
  • Assist in testing of new systems and vendor solutions
  • Assist with process improvement projects as needed

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 2 – 4 years experience in a role supporting front office sales and trading in FX, commodities and/or fixed income products
  • Familiarity with systems used in FX trade booking and straight through processing functionalities
  • Ability to prioritize in a high volume environment; strong organizational skills
  • Proactive approach to researching and resolving issues
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be collaborative and teamwork oriented
  • Knowledge of Software and systems used in the financial services industry such as: Bloomberg, Murex, WallStreet, TradeWeb, GlobalLink (GTSS/FXONLINE), FXAll
  • Participation in process improvement projects desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
